Judge Sandra Cabrina Jenkins is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans, a criminal defense attorney, and a certified accredited Veterans Affairs attorney. Judge Jenkins practiced law for 23 years.
Judge Jenkins was elected on November 6, 2012, to the ÐÇ̽Â鶹 Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, with the term beginning January 1, 2013. In 2022, Judge Jenkins was re-elected without opposition to a second term.

Additional roles include Women’s Retreat Facilitator and founder of Judge Jenkins Law Camps, focusing on civility, civics, and mind, body, and soul. Judge Jenkins has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science (Pre-Law) at ÐÇ̽Â鶹 from 2010 to the present.
