Judge Sandra Cabrina Jenkins is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans, a criminal defense attorney, and a certified accredited Veterans Affairs attorney. Judge Jenkins practiced law for 23 years.
Judge Jenkins was elected on November 6, 2012, to the ÐÇ̽Âé¶¹ Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, with the term beginning January 1, 2013. In 2022, Judge Jenkins was re-elected without opposition to a second term.
