Miranda Myles Jackson, MA, MFA is a graphic designer, creative director, and design educator with over 15 years of professional experience and more than a decade in higher education. She holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Liberty University, an MA in Communications from Lindenwood University, and a BA in Mass Communications from Dillard University. She serves as Assistant Professor of Digital Design and Department Head of Art & Performance Studies at ÐÇ̽Â鶹, where she also leads the Graphic Design concentration and serves as Program Contact and Affiliate Faculty for Digital Humanities.

Her teaching emphasizes strong visual foundations, creative problem-solving, and real world application, integrating industry standards, emerging technologies, and project based learning. She is the founder and creative director of Posh Creative, where she leads research-driven design projects that inform her teaching.

Her work explores African American visual culture, heritage, and women’s empowerment, examining how design shapes identity and visibility. In 2025, she was named a Black Tech 30 Honoree by Nolavate Black for her innovative integration of AI in design education.
